Terms and Conditions and Cookie Policy

Please ensure you have read my full terms and conditions on my website. My terms include my cancellation policy, treatment terms, packages, website orders, product orders, payment and refunds, use of website and data protection. 


Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Adrienne Aesthetics’ relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Adrienne Aesthetics’ or ‘Adrienne’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘I’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 76 Palmerston Road, Southsea, Hampshire PO53PT. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Appointment and Booking Terms & Conditions


Please be aware that you will need to come to your appointment alone. I am not able to have guests or children in the Clinic, due to Health & Safety and licencing rules.

Late arrivals:

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, then I may not be able to treat you. If you are booked in for a facial, massage treatment, then your treatment may be able to go ahead, but your treatment time will be limited to your appointment slot. You will still be charged full price for your treatment.
It’s important to ensure that I have enough time to complete your treatment to a high standard. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, then I may need to reschedule your treatment. You may be charged in full for the treatment you had booked, and you will not be able to re-book until payment has been made.
Booking fees might be taken in order to secure your appointment with me. I am a small business owner, and last-minute cancellations and no-shows have significant impact on my business. Booking fees ensure that my time is protected, and that your appointment is secured for you.

No booking fee required to secure appointments under £85

A non-refundable booking fee: 50% of a single treatment or packages over £85.

Your booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours your booking fee will not be refunded to you.
If you don’t attend to your appointment your booking fee will not be refunded to you.
If you move your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, then your booking fee is non-transferable and you will be required to pay a further booking fee to secure another appointment.
Booking fees are payable at the time of booking.

Payment methods:

Credit/Debit cards, Cash and PayPal or Contactless payments.
Payment is due on the day of your treatment.

Cancellation Policy
I know that sometimes life gets in the way and things don’t always go to plan! However, please be aware that I do have a strict cancellation policy. This applies to all of my treatments, including those that form part of a package. I am self-employed and if I don’t work, I don’t get paid. By giving me notice that you are unable to attend your appointment, it gives me the opportunity to fill the appointment slot.
I ask that you provide 2 working days’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment. This excludes Sundays, Monday and Bank holidays, as I do not work those. Cancellation charges are as follows.
If you are unable to attend your appointment because you, or someone in your household, have a positive COVID19 test, then you will need to send me a copy of your confirmed PCR test result, before I can waive the cancellation fee.
If you have a positive lateral flow – then you will need to send a photo of this to me the night before/morning of your appointment, if you have not yet had the results of your PCR test/or just tested positive.

Cancellation fee:

50% of a single treatment or packages over £85
If you have already paid for two treatments as part of your treatment package, then you will be required to pay 50% of the total treatment cost to re-arrange your appointment. You will need to pay this before another appointment is made for you.

Loyalty Card on Business card

I use the back side of my business card as a loyalty card. After every fully paid treatment you receive my signature or a stamp. One signature or stamp per visit.
You will receive the following:
-After 4 signatures or stamps you will receive 25% off your 5th Treatment.
-After 8 signatures or stamps you will receive 50% off your 9th Treatment.

You are only entitled to receive my signature or a stamp on full priced treatments over £35.

You are not entitled to receive my signature or stamp on the followings:

-Any “Additional only” treatments
-Discount cards
-Gift cards
-Any other treatments or package already discounted.

Gift Card

You can purchase a gift card for your loved ones for the amount of your choice. However please note that gift cards are expire 12 months after purchase.

Discount Vouchers, Certificates and Coupons

Any type of Discount Vouchers, Coupons and Certificates can only be used on full priced treatments.

Not included:
-Any “Additional only” treatments
-Discount cards
-Gift cards
-Any other treatments or package already discounted.

Treatment Packages

If you have paid for a treatment package, then all of your treatments must be taken within the specified time for your package which is maximum 365 days. You cannot carry over any unused treatments for a later date, and treatments cannot be transferred to anyone else. Any unused treatments will be lost and no refunds made in respect of treatments not used.

Purchases of products and supplements made through the website.

If you wish to return products or supplements purchased via the website, then please notify us within 14 days of your purchase by emailing hello@adrienneaesthetics.co.uk. All items must be returned to us in the their full, original packaging, must be unused and with no damage to the boxes or packaging. We will not cover return postage, and you will need to arrange this yourself. All items must be received by Adrienne Nemeth BE my guest salon no later than 28 days after the date we sent them to you.
In the unlikely event that your items return damaged, please take photographs and email them to use at the above email address. We will require the items to be sent back to us, and we will refund reasonable postage costs. We will then replace your items.
Additional treatments and refunds

Should you require an additional treatment that is not included in your treatment package, an additional charge will apply. All follow up procedures must be completed in the timescales given for your treatment plan. Any treatments not taken within this time may require either an extended session or an additional treatment, which will carry an additional charge.
Refunds are not offered on any treatments provided. We go through a thorough consultation process during your treatment, where I check that you are happy at each stage. So I am confident you will be delighted with the outcome.

Right to refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service if I do not feel that it is suitable or appropriate to treat you. It is important that we are a right fit for each other. I will refuse treatment under the following circumstances (included, but not limited to):

* If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
* If you are under 18 years of age, or you are unable to produce ID to prove your age.
* Any aggressive behaviour or rudeness will not be accepted.
* If you have a contraindication or health condition that means you are unsuitable for treatments.
* If there have been multiple cancellations or any payment issues previously.
* If I believe or discover any dishonest practice is or has taken place, such as someone who has attempted to obtain professional services without paying or has used social media in an abusive and damaging way.

Complaints procedure

As we go through a full consultation process both before and during your treatment, I am confident that you will love your results. However, if you are not happy with your treatment then please notify me in the following way:
